1. Dispatch & Delivery Timelines
Every order of MAAVORA pure dry fruits and nuts is packed fresh in our hygienic, food-safe temperature-regulated facility. Orders placed before 1:00 PM IST on business days are dispatched within 24 hours.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi NCR, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Chennai, Kolkata): 2 to 4 business days.
- Tier-2 & Tier-3 Cities across India: 3 to 6 business days.
- Special Rural / North-East / Island Regions: 5 to 7 business days via India Post Speed Post.
Free Express Shipping Over ₹999
We offer complimentary express courier shipping via BlueDart, Delhivery, or Xpressbees for all orders exceeding ₹999 across all serviceable Indian pincodes. For orders below ₹999, a flat delivery fee of ₹49 is applied at checkout.
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Cash on Delivery is available across major Indian cities for orders up to ₹5,000. For orders above ₹5,000, secure online prepaid options (UPI, Credit/Debit Card, NetBanking) are required to safeguard transit insurance.
3. Damaged or Quality Concerns (48-Hour Guarantee)
Because dry fruits and raw botanicals are perishable natural food products, general returns due to personal change of mind are not accepted once the seal is broken. However, if your order arrives damaged, defective, or with a broken seal:
- Notify our team within 48 hours of delivery at care@maavora.com or WhatsApp with your Order ID and photo evidence.
- Upon quick verification, we issue an immediate complimentary replacement dispatch or a 100% refund to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.
4. Consignment Tracking
Once dispatched, you will receive an SMS and email notification with your AWB tracking link. You can also monitor real-time shipment progress anytime at our dedicated Track Order portal.
