1. General Overview
By accessing and purchasing from MAAVORA or ShivSakhi, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms. All transactions are billed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) including applicable GST.
2. Product Representation & Natural Variation
Dry fruits, nuts, berries, and Ayurvedic botanicals are agricultural produce. While we guarantee strict grade compliance (e.g. W-320 Cashews, Grade A1 Saffron), natural variations in color, kernel shape, and sweetness may occur between seasons and harvests.
3. Pricing & Offers
All prices displayed on product cards, cart, and checkout are inclusive of all applicable taxes. Promotional discount codes (e.g. BULKSAVE, MAAVORA10) are valid only on eligible products and cannot be stacked unless explicitly stated.
4. Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled prior to dispatch by contacting customer support. Once a consignment has been handed over to the courier partner and an AWB has been generated, cancellation is not possible.
5. Jurisdiction
Any disputes arising in connection with orders placed on MAAVORA shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.
